Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or building science; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technical leadership in roofing, waterproofing or building envelopes.
• Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards, product development in construction.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
