Job summary

SOPREMA in the United States is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead the cradle‑to‑grave product lifecycle across roofing, waterproofing, insulation, and building envelope solutions. You will mentor the department, align with sales, marketing, and executives, oversee market pricing, competitive analysis, and create selling collateral; travel ~30% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years’ marketing experience with increasing responsibility.
MBA or Master’s in Marketing or equivalent experience.
Highly skilled communicator (both written and oral).
Experience leading teams (internal, external, and remotely).
Must be an exceptional problem-solver.
Proactive collaborator across all levels within the company.
Experience within roofing and/or construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the Product Management Department and oversee the cradle‑to‑grave product lifecycle for SOPREMA lines.
Mentor the department and ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations.
Develop market pricing, competitive analyses, and product positioning.
Support sales with compelling collateral, presentations, and tools.
Coordinate with marketing and executive teams on strategic initiatives.
