SOCOTEC is seeking a Principal, Building Envelope in the United States to provide executive leadership within the Building Envelope practice. This role combines technical excellence with strategic business leadership, overseeing complex projects and driving growth, client relationships, and innovation.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with codes and industry standards, lead forensic investigations and quality assurance, and represent SOCOTEC in industry forums while

Qualifications

• 15+ years in building envelope consulting or related field.
• PE/RA licensure required.
• Expertise in building enclosure systems and waterproofing.
• Experience leading complex projects and managing client relationships.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
