Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Senior Technical Designer for Women’s Wovens & Outerwear based at our El Segundo HQ. You will drive tech design from first tech pack to production, ensuring brand-right fits and standards.

The role requires leading fittings, drafting detailed comments, specs, and photos for vendors, and partnering with Design to execute the vision, while meeting calendar deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years experience in Technical Design for wovens and outerwear.
• Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fit and details.
• Experience with PLM systems and Gerber is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Foundational AI literacy and willingness to experiment with new tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all tech design functions for wovens and outerwear to ensure brand-right fits.
• Attend fittings and lead notes, with clear vendor directives and photos.
• Create tech packs, specs, and size charts; establish technical standards.
• Collaborate with Design, Vendors, Production and PD to meet calendars.
• Build and maintain Centric tech design data libraries and fit blocks.
