Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric performance across activewear and lifestyle apparel.
• Experience leading fittings and providing direction to ensure fit consistency across categories.
• Proven ability to communicate technical feedback to design, development, and production teams.
• Experience coordinating with overseas and domestic suppliers to meet deadlines and specs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the technical design process from concept through final fit approval, ensuring design integrity and production feasibility.
• Lead all fittings, providing clear direction and actionable feedback to ensure fit consistency across categories.
• Communicate approval deadlines for each style as the style is fit and manage timelines for final approvals.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring specs and comments are clearly communicated.
• Review, measure, and evaluate all pre-production and TOP samples for accuracy and adherence to specs.
• Identify potential technical or construction issues early and propose practical solutions.
