In this role you’ll be the technical link between design and production, making sure every style fits well, is built correctly, and is ready for the factory.

What you’ll do

• Guide styles from first sample to pre-production fit approval
• Create full tech packs and graded specs, and use patterns to fix fit, shape, and silhouette
• Lead live fittings and send clear, timely fit comments to factory partners
• Give vendors grading direction after approval and check that fit stays consistent across sizes
• Partner with design, product development, and production to hit the calendar, and own the development WIP tracker

What you bring

• 7+ years in technical design, with strong women’s sportswear experience in wovens, tailored pieces, and dresses
• Deep knowledge of fit, specs, and patterns
• Working knowledge of PLM, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, plus the ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines
• Confident communication with internal teams and overseas vendors
