Job summary

SPHERE is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead implementations and upgrades of SPHEREboard, our identity intelligence platform. You will helm a delivery pod of engineers, support, and dedicated resources, working directly in client environments from kickoff to go-live.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on scaling delivery, building playbooks, and delivering predictable timelines across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in identity security or infrastructure.
• 5+ years delivering identity programs (PAM/IGA/AD).
• Enterprise software services or delivery background.
• Hands-on leadership with engineers/PMs while staying active in client environments.
• Proficiency across AD, LDAP, Windows, UNIX, databases, AWS/Azure; hands-on depth in at least two areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run implementations, upgrades, and migrations (Dev to Prod, on-prem to SaaS).
• Guide client infrastructure readiness for smooth deployments.
• Hands-on configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting in client engagements.
• Coordinate with client teams to validate identity data across sources.
• Develop playbooks and reusable scripts to scale delivery.
• Lead subcontracted resources and track budgets against SOWs.
