Job summary

SPHERE co is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to deliver SPHEREboard implementations, upgrades, and integrations across complex enterprise environments. You will work directly with customer technical teams, perform discovery, deploy production systems, and hand off to operations.

You will join a hands-on role focusing on identity technologies, multi-domain environments, and security policy configurations, with strong collaboration across teams and clear technical communication.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of identity and access technologies.
• Strong systems engineering and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience delivering enterprise deployments across Dev/UAT/Prod.

Responsibilities

• Assess environment readiness before deployment, ensure servers, permissions, access and certificates are in place.
• Install and upgrade software across multiple environments including HA/DR configurations.
• Integrate with client identity and infrastructure systems (AD, Entra ID, LDAP, databases, Windows/Linux servers).
• Coordinate data from HR, CMDB, and identity governance and verify data correlation.
• Configure account classification and policy evaluation per client requirements.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues; escalate with evidence if needed and drive to resolution.
• Lead technical sessions and document configurations for handoff.
