Job summary

SPHERE Technology Solutions, a leader in identity hygiene, seeks a Strategic Program Manager in the United States. This role leads enterprise customer engagements from kickoff through delivery, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple workstreams.

You will bridge customer stakeholders, SPHERE’s implementation and technical teams, sales, and leadership, requiring technical fluency and strong client savvy in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering enterprise software implementations as a Program Manager.
• Strong technical acumen across infrastructure and identity concepts.
• Proven experience leading strategic, large-enterprise programs and navigating politics.
• Able to operate in a lean, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience with service delivery—SOWs, change orders, and commercial constraints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to keep programs moving.
• Onshore in the U.S., Eastern or Central time zone; travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned customer programs, from kickoff through completion.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans and resourcing across multiple engagements.
• Track budgets, burn rates, change orders, and scope changes to stay within terms.
• Serve as primary point of accountability for stakeholders and communicate progress, risk, and value.
• Build trusted relationships within strategic accounts and provide status reviews.
• Manage expectations with transparency, communicating changes, risks, and trade-offs.
• Partner across Implementation, Support, Sales, and Product to align resources and resolve issues.
• Identify program risks early, own mitigation plans, and maintain clear escalations.
• Maintain RAID logs and deliver regular status reports to leadership and customers.
