Job summary

SPHERE is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to deliver SPHEREboard implementations, upgrades, and integrations in complex enterprise environments. You will handle discovery through production deployment, ensuring reliability and smooth customer handoff, with strong systems engineering and identity expertise.

You will lead technical sessions, validate identities across AD/Entra ID/LDAP, and coordinate with client teams to close gaps before kickoff.

Qualifications

Strong systems engineering and troubleshooting capabilities.
Experience delivering enterprise identity and access solutions.
Experience across Dev/UAT/Prod deployments.

Responsibilities

Assess environment readiness for deployment and close gaps.
Install and upgrade software across Dev/UAT/Prod, including HA/DR.
Connect software to identity and infrastructure systems (AD, Entra ID, LDAP, CyberArk, databases).
Ingest data from HR/CMDB/IGA and ensure correct correlation.
Configure account classifications and security policies per client.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and escalate with evidence when needed.
Lead technical working sessions and document configurations for handoff.
