Job summary

SPHERE Technology Solutions is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead implementations and upgrades of SPHEREboard, our identity intelligence platform. You will head a delivery pod of engineers, support, and partner resources, working directly in client environments from kickoff to go-live.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes scalable delivery, mastery of SPHEREboard within 90 days, and translating technical issues into business risk for executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in identity security or infrastructure.
• Experience in a services or customer delivery role at an enterprise software company.
• Proven player-coach who has led engineers and/or PMs while staying hands-on in client environments.
• Fluency across the identity estate: AD, LDAP, Entra; Windows and UNIX/Linux; AWS/Azure; databases; CMDB.
• Understand privileged access, permissions, and ownership.
• Able to translate technical issues into business risk for executives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Guide clients through infrastructure readiness for deployments.
• Work hands-on in client engagements coordinating SPHEREboard integrations.
• Lead the delivery pod and manage budgets, timelines, and commitments.
• Develop playbooks, templates, and tooling to accelerate implementations.
• Track delivery metrics and share insights with leadership.
