Job summary

SPHERE is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead implementations and upgrades of SPHEREboard across client environments. You will head a delivery pod of engineers, with Support and engineering resources, working directly on client sites from kickoff to go-live.

This hands-on leadership role aims to scale delivery models and increase consistency across deployments, with a focus on securing identity data and streamlining upgrades.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in identity security or infrastructure, including 5+ years delivering identity programs (PAM, IGA, or Active Directory).
• Experience in a services or customer delivery role at an enterprise software company, implementing or upgrading that product.
• Proven player-coach who has led engineers/PMs while staying hands-on in client environments.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Entra; Windows and UNIX/Linux; AWS/Azure; CyberArk; SailPoint; ServiceNow CMDB; depth in at least two.
• Comfortable translating technical issues into business risk for executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run implementations, upgrades, and migrations (Dev to Prod, on-prem to SaaS).
• Guide clients through infrastructure readiness to ensure smooth deployments.
• Work hands-on with SPHEREboard integrations and scans alongside the pod team.
• Partner with clients to validate identity data across sources for reliable results.
• Run pilot remediations to configure SPHEREboard capabilities.
• Serve as technical liaison to Engineering and Product on client needs and priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the delivery pod and manage budgets against SOWs.
