Job summary

Advanced Tech Placement seeks a Technical Delivery Lead to own the full product and platform delivery lifecycle for P&C insurance applications. You will design, architect, and ship end-to-end solutions while leading engineering, QA, and release activities.

You will set technical direction, enforce best practices, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget, aligning with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10 years of progressive software engineering experience, with hands-on full-stack development and delivery leadership at enterprise scale.
• Demonstrated success as a Technical Lead or Delivery Lead managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, delivering complex, end-to-end systems or platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product and platform delivery lifecycle for P&C insurance applications—ideating, architecture, engineering, QA, release, and support.
• Develop and enforce architectural decisions and software engineering best practices for modular, scalable, secure solutions respecting regulatory requirements.
• Set the standard for technical excellence through hands-on development, design, problem-solving, and code reviews across functional requirements.
