Exavalu seeks an experienced Engagement Lead with 20+ years in P&C insurance technology to own client relationships, program delivery, governance, and commercial alignment for client engagements.

Lead end-to-end delivery across production support, enhancements, deployments, and modernization, while managing expectations, governance, and cross-vendor dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in P&C insurance technology delivery.
• Proven leadership of complex, multi-vendor programs.
• Strong knowledge of policy administration, underwriting, rating, product configuration, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across production support, enhancements, implementations, and modernization.
• Manage client expectations, executive communication, governance, and delivery commitments.
• Oversee resource planning, estimates, budgets, risks, milestones, and cross-vendor dependencies.
• Collaborate with offshore delivery leaders, architecture, engineering, QA, and ecosystem partners.
• Ensure predictable delivery, proactive issue resolution, and client satisfaction.

• Expertise in program governance, estimation, planning, RAID management, and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with InsureMO and IntellectAI.
• Experience in insurance platform modernization and product implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and onshore/offshore operating models.
