Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with hands-on full-stack development and delivery leadership at enterprise scale.
• Strong background in architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery of insurance-related applications.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Hands-on with DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and modern delivery pipelines.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product and platform delivery lifecycle for P&C insurance applications, from ideation to deployment and ongoing support.
• Develop and enforce architectural decisions and engineering best practices for modular, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Lead hands-on design, development, code reviews, and problem solving across teams.
• Mentor engineering, architecture, and QA staff; drive cross-functional collaboration to meet milestones.
• Engage with product owners and business leads to refine requirements and align with blueprints.
