Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with hands-on full-stack development and delivery leadership.
• Demonstrated success as a Technical Lead or Delivery Lead managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Own full product and platform delivery lifecycle for P&C insurance applications.
• Develop and enforce architectural decisions and software engineering best practices.
• Lead hands-on design, development, reviews, and problem-solving across teams.
• Mentor engineering, architecture, and QA teams to deliver complex initiatives on time and budget.
• Engage with product owners and business leads to refine requirements and align with tech blueprints.
• Direct project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and sprint/release tracking.
• Champion CI/CD, test automation, and agile delivery pipelines.
• Identify risks and adjust scope/priorities to achieve outcomes.
• Apply P&C insurance domain knowledge to ensure regulatory alignment.
