Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Quality Assurance or Software Testing experience.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience is required.
• Strong background in manual software testing (90% of role).
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and validation.
• Experience utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, defect tracking, and Agile project delivery.
• Experience testing underwriting platforms, policy administration systems, rating systems, or other insurance technology applications.

Aufgaben

• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Validate business workflows across underwriting, policy administration, and insurance-related applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
• Test REST APIs using Postman, including request validation, response verification, and data integrity checks.
• Create, track, and manage defects within Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other QA team members throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Support automation initiatives and contribute to automated testing efforts when applicable.
• Analyze requirements and user stories to ensure adequate test coverage.
• Document testing results and communicate quality risks and release readiness.
