Job summary

Elevate Digital is seeking a Technical Engagement Lead, a senior hands-on role embedded across multiple client engagements. You will own the full delivery lifecycle, including production deployments, code reviews, and client communication.

This position reports to the VP of Engineering and requires governance of complex multi-client delivery with AI-assisted coding oversight. This role is focused on technical delivery rather than project management, with emphasis on cross-team collaboration,

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience with senior-level capability.

Responsibilities

• Own final go/no-go for production deployments across engagements.
• Review release readiness for scope and quality before every push
• Define and validate rollback plans prior to deployments
• Coordinate deployment timing with clients, PMs, and DevOps
• Own post-deployment monitoring and incident escalation
• Reduce production incidents through structured release gating
