Job summary

Elevate Digital seeks a Technical Engagement Lead to own the full delivery lifecycle across multiple client engagements. You will review AI-generated and human code, authorize production deployments, and communicate delivery risk directly to clients.

You will report to the VP of Engineering, enforce architectural standards, and govern Jira workflows while guiding engineers and collaborating with product, PM, and client teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience owning or governing production deployments in client or enterprise environments.
• Experience in an agency, consultancy, or multi-client services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own final go/no-go for production deployments across engagements.
• Review PRs for correctness, security, and performance.
• Define and maintain release scope and timelines for active engagements.
• Lead client-facing delivery communications and risk discussions.
• Own Jira workflows and ensure accurate task descriptions and ownership.
