A fast-growing AI technology company is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer/Technical Delivery Lead to lead enterprise AI implementations from discovery through production deployment. This role combines client-facing consulting, technical solution design, and hands-on engineering to help large organizations successfully adopt AI-powered products and workflows.

You will work directly with business leaders, data teams, IT organizations, and operational stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, build integrations, and deploy production-ready systems. The ideal candidate enjoys translating ambiguous business challenges into working technical solutions and is comfortable owning initiatives from concept through launch.

This is a highly visible role where you'll serve as the bridge between customers, product teams, and engineering while helping establish scalable implementation frameworks for future enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise AI implementations from discovery, solution design, development, deployment, and handoff.
• Partner with client stakeholders across business, analytics, engineering, IT, security, and operations teams to gather requirements and define successful outcomes.
• Design and build integrations, APIs, automations, workflows, and production applications that operate within customer environments.
• Develop implementation plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive projects to completion despite evolving requirements.
• Establish best practices around reliability, security, monitoring, testing, documentation, and operational support.
• Communicate technical decisions, risks, progress updates, and implementation tradeoffs to both executive and technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities to transform client-specific solutions into scalable and repeatable deployment models.

Must Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Technical Program Manager, Implementation Engineer, or similar client-facing technical delivery role.
• Experience delivering production software, AI applications, automation solutions, analytics platforms, or data products from concept through deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical solutions, system designs, and executable project plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field.
