Job summary

TrueFoundry is seeking a Senior Technical Customer Architect to lead post‑sales technical engagements with large enterprises. You will own the end‑to‑end technical relationship, guide platform and governance decisions, and drive expansion opportunities across multi‑team environments.

You will design access control, guardrails, and multi‑hop governance, while coordinating with product and engineering to map customer needs to TrueFoundry capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical customer‑facing role at an API/infra/security or AI platform company
• Experience partnering with enterprise customers to map business domain requirements to tech
• Strong grasp of API gateway concepts (auth, rate limiting, RBAC) and LLM concerns
• Familiarity with MCP or comparable tool‑calling frameworks is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers onto AI Gateway at scale, owning time to first value and adoption
• Design access-control models across model calls, MCP tools, and agent calls
• Advise on guardrail strategy for PII, prompt injection, and content moderation
• Guide agent governance and identity propagation across multi-hop calls
• Run architecture workshops on Agent Harness adoption and MCP connections
• Own technical escalations end‑to‑end and coordinate with engineering
• Create self‑serve content to reduce ticket volume
• Monitor health and translate telemetry into business metrics
