The role sits in Engineering and collaborates with Go‑to‑Market, Product, and Forward‑Deployed Engineering. You will lead architecture conversations, prototype where needed, and stay engaged through executive steering and delivery, traveling ~25% to onsite customer
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience across engineering, enterprise architecture, forward‑deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or similar roles.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic technical relationship with CIO/CTO-level leaders.
- Lead joint solution architecture and own the SOW content, including integrations and deployments.
- Qualify opportunities and shape technically credible AI solutions.
- Turn customer patterns into reusable assets and feed back into product and roadmap.
- Carry the technical thread from first conversation through successful delivery.
