Job summary

TrueFoundry is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer- GTM to lead technical engagements with enterprise customers. You will own discovery, architecture discussions, and the end-to-end POC, ensuring production-ready integration.

You’ll work across ML tooling, model serving, and multi-cloud environments to demonstrate real value. The role emphasizes strong backend skills, real customer-facing leadership, and the ability to translate field feedback into roadmap opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of backend software engineering experience with production systems you have shipped and owned.
• Strong in Python, Go, or TypeScript; comfortable with Kubernetes or major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with LLMs, agents, evals, or ML pipelines in production; familiarity with LangChain, vLLM, Triton or similar stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical arc of the deal: discovery and the in-depth demo, architecture discussions with customer engineering leaders, and the POC through close.
• Win the POC on technical merit: define success criteria, manage execution milestones, write integration glue, agent workflows, and eval pipelines.
• Be the technical face of TrueFoundry to enterprise customers and earn credibility to convert evaluations into signed contracts.
• Steer product by capturing field signals and presenting data-backed requests to engineering and product teams.
• Provide architecture leadership and hands-on work to drive customer production use-cases.
