Job summary

TrueFoundry, a fast-growing AI infrastructure company, seeks a leader to work with the co-founders on strategy, execution, and cross-functional initiatives. You will drive high-impact projects across AI platform strategy, GTM, enterprise adoption and operating cadence in a developer-first B2B SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Platform Engineering and Customer Success to translate vision into actionable plans and track outcomes, while steering GenAI initiatives and governance

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving, structured thinking and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong analytical and dashboarding skills.
• High ownership, bias for action, comfort with ambiguity.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS, AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Experience working with founders, platform teams, or enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive founder-led strategic initiatives and quarterly priorities.
• Translate strategy into execution plans, milestones, and outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Platform Engineering and Customer Success.
• Track OKRs, leadership action items, and cross-team dependencies.
• Prepare leadership decks, dashboards, decision memos, and investor updates.
• Lead or support special projects: Launch and scale GenAI capabilities (LLM deployment, inference optimization, model orchestration).
