Job summary

Armis is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager (T.CSM) in the Dallas area to join our growing CS team. You will drive adoption, align use cases with executive goals, and guide the technical delivery of the Armis platform to maximize value across the organization.

You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, coordinate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales, and ensure deployments meet business use cases while delivering measurable security outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in customer success or technical account management.
• Experience in cyber security environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and implementation plans for platinum customers.
• Align use cases with CISO goals and drive value.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support.
• Ensure deployment and configuration align with business use cases.
