Job summary

HOK Group, Inc. is seeking a senior architectural professional to lead the issuance of construction documents, coordinate multiple disciplines, and drive technical excellence across projects.

The role emphasizes ensuring design intent, QA, and BIM integration in collaboration with project leaders. Candidates should have a bachelor's in architecture or interior design and 15+ years of experience, with LEED credentials within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design required.
• 15+ years' experience preferred.
• LEED credential required within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall design intent is incorporated into the detailed documentation.
• Monitor the design process from concept through construction administration.
• Provide technical resolution and coordination for defined portions of a project.
• Assist Project Manager/Project Architect in writing specifications.
• Check reports, plans, estimates and calculations for accuracy.
• Set the overall strategy for producing documents and BIM data organization.
• Set up project team software parameters and manage standards.
• Mentor and direct less experienced staff; participate in professional development.
• Attend on-site visits and project meetings; coordinate approvals with authorities.
• Provide support to team and coordinate with consultants and vendors.
