Job summary

HOK Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Architect/Project Lead to oversee the issuance and content of deliverables, coordinating with consultants and supervising staff producing documents.

Responsibilities include implementing Construction Phase Services with QA reviews and collaboration with the Project Manager and Project Architect. The role emphasizes leadership, coordination, and BIM standards, with a focus on sustainable design and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design is required.
• LEED credential within 12 months of employment is required.
• 10+ years of experience preferred; workplace experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall design intent is incorporated into detailed documentation.
• Monitor the design process from concept through construction administration.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors and contractors to ensure information is incorporated.
• Mentor and supervise staff producing drawings and specifications; lead on select projects.
• Set BIM strategy, file organization and standards for project teams.
