Job summary

HOK Group, Inc. seeks an experienced architectural leader to oversee construction documentation and multidisciplinary coordination. You will drive the design intent through detailed documentation, mentor staff, and ensure QA processes with Project Manager and Project Architect.

Your role includes coordinating consultants, maintaining BIM standards, and contributing to sustainability goals, including LEED-related tasks, with a hybrid work setup and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design required.
• LEED credential within 12 months of employment.
• Experience leading design teams and coordinating multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee issuance and content of project deliverables and technical documentation.
• Lead coordination across disciplines and ensure QA reviews and comments are addressed.
• Mentor junior staff and manage BIM standards and project files.
• Represent team in client meetings and coordinate with Project Architect and Principal.
