Job summary

HOK is seeking a licensed Architect to lead the creation and coordination of project documentation from concept to construction administration. You will ensure that the design intent is realized in detailed drawings and BIM data while maintaining quality and schedule adherence.

You will supervise staff, mentor junior architects, and collaborate with project leaders to deliver integrated, environmentally responsible designs that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience required.
• Master's degree preferred for advancement.
• Licensed Architect with current registration required in your region.
• NCARB registration preferred.
• LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design documentation and coordination across disciplines.
• Responsible for project financial performance and team communication.
• Mentor staff and foster professional development.
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors and ensure QA reviews.
