Job summary

HOK is seeking a licensed Senior Architect to lead project documentation and coordination across design disciplines. You will work with the Project Manager and Project Designer to ensure design intent, quality control, and BIM coordination.

The role requires 10+ years of design experience, a current architecture license, and preference for NCARB and LEED credentials. Hybrid work, competitive benefits, and licensure support are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed Architect with current registration in your region required, if licensure is offered in your region.
• NCARB registration preferred.
• LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project financial performance and team communication.
• Issuance and content of deliverables, technical content of documents and coordination of disciplines including consultants.
• Supervision of all staff producing documents.
• Implementation of Construction Phase Services with the PM.
• Secure QA reviews and implement comments.
• Travel may be required.
• Overtime may be required.
