Job summary

D&G Support Services LLC seeks a Technical Business Analyst to join our R&D team supporting the Defense Logistics Agency. You will lead requirements development, translate needs into user stories, and drive process improvement across logistics and data domains.

Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and senior leaders to ensure solutions meet mission needs while maintaining data integrity and architecture considerations. A strong analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
5 years’ relevant experience.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
May be required to obtain and maintain suitability or certifications.
Occasional travel may be required.
Must comply with DoD/Army/DLA security and information-handling requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead elicitation, analysis, validation, and management of requirements for R&D projects.
Translate logistics and supply-chain needs into user stories and system requirements.
Conduct current-state and future-state process analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities.
Develop process maps, data-flow diagrams, and traceability matrices.
Assess feasibility, benefits, constraints, dependencies, and operational impacts of solutions.
Support Agile/DevSecOps and cross-functional collaboration.
Coordinate activities among technical teams and stakeholders.
Prepare concise decision-ready briefings and executive summaries.
