D&G is seeking a Logistics Training Analyst to support facilitator qualification development, training, and content customization. You will collaborate with DLA to finalize logistics planning for the prototype phase, and help categorize job series and levels while building training materials.

Your role includes creating the Training and Readiness Manual V1.0, developing training plans, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with government requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 2 years of relevant experience in program support, operations, consulting, logistics, or business analysis
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders and developing leadership materials
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to meet applicable federal contract security requirements
• Willingness to travel for work occasionally
• 2+ years of relevant experience in program support, operations, consulting, logistics, or business analysis
• Experience supporting DoW, DLA, or other federal government programs
• Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, distribution, or inventory management operations
• Experience with Power BI, data visualization, performance reporting, or forecasting
• Experience supporting senior government leadership and facilitating cross-functional working groups
• Active security clearance
