D&G Solutions is seeking a proactive Logistics Analyst to support DoW logistics operations, program execution, and strategic initiatives in the Washington, DC area. You will analyze data, coordinate with government stakeholders, and translate complex challenges into actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in program support, operations, or logistics.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Must meet federal contract security requirements.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day program coordination and logistics initiatives.
• Engage with government stakeholders, field sites, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate meetings, track actions, and support milestones.
• Analyze data, workload trends, and performance metrics for decisions.
• Develop executive briefings, reports, and dashboards.
• Identify process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support strategic planning, workload forecasting, and resource optimization.
• Independently manage tasks and anticipate client needs.
