Job summary

Credence is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DAAS) Digital Transformation program. In this role you will work closely with government clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical software solutions.

You will support Scrum teams by eliciting and analyzing requirements, documenting business processes, and verifying functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• Strong ability to elicit requirements and verify outcomes in a Scrum environment
• Experience documenting user stories and acceptance criteria; supporting application users

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from government staff and stakeholders; document workflows using BPMN 2.0 and related materials
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Support Scrum teams by verifying functionality, coordinating testing, and facilitating design refinement and delivery planning
