Job summary

D&G is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our R&D team supporting the Defense Logistics Agency to improve logistics, supply-chain operations, data use, and enterprise systems. In this role you will lead cross-functional projects translating mission needs into actionable business, process, data, and technical requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or related fields.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience translating mission needs into actionable business and technical requirements.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a project lead or senior analyst for R&D efforts.
Plan, track, and report milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder engagements.
Coordinate with developers, data analysts, engineers, and program managers.
Develop charters, schedules, test and deployment plans, and success metrics.
Prepare concise briefings and executive summaries for leadership.
