Job summary

Heartland Business Systems seeks a Technical Architect to develop, implement, and support network services for consulting clients, mentoring engineers and leading cross-Technology projects. You will collaborate with Practice Leads and Project Managers to deliver on time and within budget, while guiding engineers to successful outcomes.

Requirements include 5+ years in a technical field, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and at least two professional certifications (CCNP, CCP-V, VCAP-DCV, MCA).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical related field.
• Bachelor's Degree, equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience.
• At least two or more Professional level certifications (CCNP, CCP-V, VCAP-DCV, MCA).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures.
• Lead large projects with Project Managers and Practice Leads to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Engineers to ensure timely, accurate task completion.
• Serve as Lead Engineer on projects involving multiple technologies.
• Provide daily project updates and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration between business units to deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Demonstrate strong communication in client and team meetings, and educate sales teams on products and services.
• Grow professionally within the Engineering skills matrix, pursuing certifications and expanding project experience.
