Maximus is seeking a Sr. Technical Analyst to support current and upcoming Child Support system modernization efforts in the public sector. The role requires independent work, strong technical analysis across the SDLC, and ability to produce high-value deliverables.

You will collaborate with client staff and project teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery, manage risks, and lead or support QA and PMO activities across multiple engagements. Colorado Springs, hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Ability to communicate well with multiple clients and consultants.
• Strong knowledge of state and local governments.

Responsabilités

• Complete cost allocation plans for assigned clients.
• Obtain contract renewals for multiple clients.
• Manage relationships with multiple clients as well as project staff responsible for projects.
• Support leadership in ensuring that the project is delivered to specifications, on time and within budget.
• Track the status and due dates of projects.
• Collaborate with project managers on various initiatives and projects to track progress and provide support as necessary.
• Facilitate regular meetings and reviews.
• Adhere to contract requirements and comply with all corporate policies and procedures.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend employees' needs and development opportunities to leadership.
