Job summary

Procom is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support a complex Field Service Management (FSM) platform implementation for a utilities client. The role bridges business requirements and technical execution, translating functional needs into technical specs, supporting configuration, testing, and successful delivery.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team including the Technical Project Manager and Solution Architects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document detailed technical and functional requirements for the FSM implementation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
• Support configuration of the FSM platform based on approved designs.
• Lead or support SIT, UAT, and regression cycles with defect tracking.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect and Product teams on integrations and data migration.
• Provide status updates and assist with cutover planning and go-live readiness.
