Job summary

Sharpedge Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Analyst in the US to support configuration, build, validation, and release activities for the OpenLAB CDS 2.x platform. You will manage deployment resources, troubleshoot AIC builds, and oversee post-release support efforts in a global environment.

Responsibilities include architecture design, AWS resource requests, coordinating with project teams, and authoring IQ/OQ documentation. Travel to Rahway or West Point may be required.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with Microsoft and AWS products, services, and infrastructure.
• 5+ years configuring and supporting OpenLAB CDS 2.x platforms, incl. troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting chromatography data systems with 400+ users/instruments in pharma R&D (GxP).
• Supervisory experience of small teams in a regulated environment.
• Experience upgrading chromatography data systems in regulated settings.
• Experience developing IQ/OQ test cases and supporting UAT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Rahway and/or West Point for on-site work.
• Proven IQ/OQ documentation creation and training delivery experience.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist technical lead with OL:CDS platform architecture design.
• Request and configure AWS cloud resources for OL:CDS platform architecture.
• Manage daily/weekly activities of the OL:CDS deployment resources.
• Primary POC and technical support for deployment resources and AIC builds.
• Coordinate with project core team to ensure deployability per migration plan.
• Author and execute requirement test scripts; SDLC documentation completed.
• Interact with project core and extended teams; attend meetings as needed.
