Job summary

Responsibilities include deploying features across development, test, and production, performing root-cause analysis, and producing Power BI reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/CS/IT or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience supporting or implementing ADMS, SCADA, OMS, DMS, or related utility tech.
• Knowledge of utility operations and real-time operational environments.
• Experience with Windows/Linux server administration and command-line usage.
• Familiarity with VMware vCenter and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, workflows, and end-user needs to design technical solutions and deployment plans.
• Perform peer reviews of designs and configurations for accuracy, cybersecurity, and standards compliance.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose short-term workarounds and long-term fixes.
• Monitor performance, ensure reliability, and meet service levels and regulatory standards.
• Support deployments, upgrades, patches, and production releases across environments.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge transfer.
• Work with operators, cybersecurity, and vendors to communicate status and changes.
• Create operational/analytic reports (e.g., Power BI) to support decision making.
