Job summary

This role involves translating customer needs into validated architectures, BOMs, and deployment recommendations, working closely with AI Lab leadership, Solutions Architects, sales, engineering, and technology partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of presales engineering or similar in data center/AI infra.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise infrastructure and AI workloads.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to size BOMs and create solution documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate AI infrastructure solutions.
• Develop BOMs, configurations, sizing guidelines.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and POCs.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and partners.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and technical inquiries.
