Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Application Analyst- Lab Focus to support configuration, design, and troubleshooting for clinical applications including Pathnet and PowerChart. The role covers onsite assessments, testing, training, and end-user support across lab and ancillary interfaces.

The analyst will manage builds for orders/results, conduct testing in Prod and non-Prod environments, and contribute to end-user training and adoption. This is a remote position with up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Microbiology, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and troubleshoot clinical applications for lab workflows.
• Train end users and support go-live for clinical systems.
• Support interface and integration between lab and EMR platforms.
• Participate in system upgrades and testing.
