Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in electric utility, power delivery, or infrastructure engineering.
• Extensive experience supporting transmission and substation engineering programs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making through sound technical judgment.
• Proven experience advising senior leaders on complex, high risk technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical advisor for transmission and substation engineering activities.
• Provide expert guidance to executive leadership on complex technical, constructability, and delivery challenges.
• Advise on enterprise level engineering risk, technical governance, and decision-making.
• Serve as an escalation point for critical technical issues across major programs and regions.
• Guide development, interpretation, and enforcement of engineering standards, policies, and best practices.
