Job summary

LHH in the SF Bay Area seeks a Lead Technical Accounting Senior to partner with senior management in a high-visibility role. You will split time: 25% technical accounting research and policy memos, 75% corporate accounting operations, close activities, and SEC reporting support.

Ideal candidates will hold a CPA license (or be actively pursuing it) and bring public accounting experience. This role offers autonomy, impact, and a pathway to grow within a supportive environment.

Who You Are?

Lead Technical Accounting Senior

CPA License or CPA License "Actively" In Process

Within this position, you will be responsible for partnering with senior level management, within a very high visibility capacity. The Lead Technical Accounting Senior is responsible for 25% Technical Accounting (including transaction research and publishing of accounting policy memos), and 75% corporate general accounting operations, financial calendar close and supporting SEC Reporting.

What You Have Accomplished?

You should possess ideally a completed CPA license or working towards the completion of your CPA license.

You should possess experience from public accounting.
