LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly qualified SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting professional in Santa Clara County, Silicon Valley. This newly created role reports to the Corporate Controller and focuses on complex technical accounting analyses, SEC filings, and strategic transactions in a fast-paced, public environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an active CPA license with significant public company exposure, and bring expertise in U.S.

What This Position Is?

Compensation: $160k up to $190k salary, and Pre-IPO Equity Grant.

This newly created position will report to the Corporate Controller. The SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager/Senior Manager is an individual contributor position, leads complex technical accounting analyses, supports varied strategic transactions, and oversees SEC filings in compliance with U.S. GAAP. The ideal candidate brings public accounting experience, an active CPA license, and strong public company exposure in a fast-paced, global tech environment.
