Job summary

The HT Group seeks a Director of Operations & vCIO to lead its Denver-area operation. This senior role combines business ownership with strategic technology leadership, overseeing service delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.

You will own the local P&L, lead a multidisciplinary team, and partner with key clients to translate goals into multi-year technology roadmaps spanning cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT services or technology operations with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Strong client-facing advisory experience with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own local P&L and business operations for the Denver-area operation.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering service delivery and projects.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps and budgets for key accounts.
• Act as vCIO for strategic accounts, presenting reviews and proposals.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing to align processes and tools.
