Job summary

Centre Technologies is seeking an IT Manager - vCIO to provide strategic technical alignment for clients and own client relationships. You will guide budgeting, IT risk reduction, and long-range planning while coordinating with service teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.

The role focuses on executive-level client engagement, thorough due diligence, and clear communication to drive client success and retention.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
A solid understanding of IT Systems and Infrastructure.
Proven experience working with Executive-level clients.
A solid understanding of business operations and budgeting.
Experience in designing or scoping projects.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Customer Service-oriented mindset with a passion for serving others.

Responsibilities

Schedule and lead Quarterly Technology Business Review (TBR) meetings with clients and prepare agendas.
Provide strategic IT guidance and recommend technology solutions for clients.
Coordinate with Solutions Architects and Service Delivery teams to develop client solutions.
Create and update technology roadmaps and budgets in collaboration with client teams.
Manage client accounts and communications, including monthly check-ins.
Assess client IT health and risks, and propose improvements.
Develop proposals with the sales team for client opportunities.
Review service performance and renewals and negotiate terms.
