Job summary

Axon is seeking a technical leader to own healthcare deployments and customer enablement across enterprise accounts. You will guide hardware and software readiness, configure devices, deliver training, and manage escalation with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.

You will travel up to 50% for onsite deployments, training, and break-fix events, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to drive outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical implementation, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Customer Success Engineering, field deployment, solutions delivery, or enterprise technical support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for an assigned healthcare enterprise customer within a defined fractional allocation.
• Support readiness, deployment, and operational adoption of hardware and software.
• Build trusted relationships with customer security, operations, IT, program, and other stakeholders.
• Guide configuration, device readiness, administrator enablement, training, issue triage, escalation, and transition into steady-state use.
