Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline as listed
• U.S. person status
• 5+ years in technical sales, engineering, or customer-facing roles
• Strong interest in technology, sales, CRM and business development
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to learn complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Support growth and management of customer accounts within Wisconsin and Illinois
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement
• Understand customer objectives and identify opportunities to create value
• Develop account plans and strategies to support revenue growth
• Participate in meetings, product demonstrations, and trade events
• Collaborate with engineers and specialists to develop customer solutions
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through outreach and networking
• Maintain CRM data, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines
• Support contracts, quotations, and proposals with internal teams
• Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies
