Job summary

You will collaborate with application engineers and business leaders to translate customer challenges into value with our test and measurement solutions.

You will travel within the territory, present solutions, and help shape account plans and revenue growth, while maintaining CRM data and supporting proposals and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales, engineering, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interest in technology, sales, customer relationships and business development.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer accounts in Ohio.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement.
• Learn customers' objectives and identify opportunities to create value.
• Develop account plans to support revenue growth.
• Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and trade events.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers and specialists to develop customer solutions.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through outreach and lead follow-up.
• Maintain opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Support contracts, quotations, and proposals with internal teams.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Support, and Operations for customer success.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction to drive long-term growth.
